Indian boxer Sonia Lather has settled for a silver medal at the AIBA Women's World Championships in 57 kg category. In a hard-fought summit clash at Astana, Kazakhstan, today, Sonia lost 1-2, to top seed Alessia Mesiano of Italy. 24-year old Sonia's Silver ensured that India did not return empty-handed after what was a thoroughly disappointing campaign overall.
