UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi will launch National Rural Livelihood Mission at Banswara in Rajasthan today. The scheme will enable more than seven crore BPL families to earn livelihood through self-help groups. Mrs. Gandhi will also lay foundation stone for Ratlam-Dungarpur rail line.
