<span style="color: #222222;">The Congress Working Committee, CWC meeting was held in New Delhi today. Briefing media this evening, Congress General Secretary K. C. Venugopal said, the CWC unanimously requested Sonia Gandhi to continue as interim chief till the time AICC session can be convened.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, CWC unanimously resolved to&nbsp;strengthen the hands&nbsp;of Sonia and Rahul Gandhi in every possible way. Mr Venugopal said, CWC noted that inner-party issues can not be deliberated through the media or in public fora.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, the CWC urged and advised all concerned to raise such issues only in party fora in the interest of propriety and discipline.
