Congress President Sonia Gandhi made her first public appearance today after her surgery abroad. Party spokesperson Janardan Dwivedi said that Mrs. Gandhi is completely fit but in view of doctors' advice she will take complete charge after some days. He added that Mrs. Gandhi expressed her happiness for being back in the public life.
