UPA Chairperson and Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi today inaugurated the much awaited Khuga Multipurpose Project in Churachandpur District in Manipur. The project has been under construction for the last 27 years. Mrs. Gandhi was accompanied by Union Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation Minister, Kumari Selja and Manipur Chief Minister Mr. Okram Ibobi Singh.
