Congress President Sonia Gandhi began a three-day tour of her constituency Rae Bareli today during which she will inaugurate a slew of development programmes.<br/> <br/>On the first day, Mrs. Gandhi inaugurated the newly constructed building of a sub-post office in Saraini block and is on the way to launch Wi-Max services BSNL at Dalmau. <br/> <br/>Addressing a public rally Mrs. Gandhi said the Centre has been providing adequate funds for development to the state it is not being utilized properly. Targeeting slow pace of developments in UP, The UPA chairperson said that the development projects are moving at a slow pace in the state.<br/>
