Congress President Sonia Gandhi has asked the people not to be swayed away by the false promises of the oppositions who are indulging in the politics of haltered. Addressing a rally in New Delhi the Congress President said that some divisive forces, which were trying to take back the country into darkness, will not be able to do it.

Without naming BJP, Mrs.Gandhi said that the party should know that the country had embraced a composite culture and plural values. The Congress President said that the party has always shed blood and sacrificed for the country on the other hand some parties have only divided the society.

The Congress president also resorted veiled attack on Aam Admi party and said thah it ran away from the responsibility after making tall promises.
