Congress president Sonia Gandhi today accused the Central government of discriminating people of some constituencies in Uttar Pradesh. Mrs Gandhi said the present government is working only for capitalists and ignoring poor people. <br/><br/>In an open letter, she alleged that the government is snatching rights of people. Mrs Gandhi said the policies implemented by the Centre are leading to unemployment and impoverishment of farming community.
