Congress President Sonia Gandhi today accused BJP of fomenting communal tension in the country for political gains.<br/><br/>Addressing an election rally at Buxar in Bihar, Mrs Gandhi said, intellectuals are being targeted and innocent people are killed which is shameful.<br/><br/>Congress President said, the Congress had made an alliance with RJD and JD(U) to strengthen secular forces.<br/><br/>She alleged that Prime Minister is only making promises, but is not fulfilling them.<br/><br/>She said, why is Prime Minister not telling who is responsible for sky rocketing of pulses and vegetables prices.<br/><br/>Mrs Gandhi said, Congress has strengthened the foundation of democracy during the last 60 years.
