Mrs. Sonia Gandhi has been declared as elected unopposed for the post of Congress President. She has been elected for the 4th time in a row. An announcement to this effect was made by Congress party election incharge and senior leader Mr. Oscar Fernandes in New Delhi a shortwhile ago. Mrs. Gandhi is now addressing a function of party leaders.
