The Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Ambika Soni arrives in Kerala this evening on a day's visit to the state. On Sunday, she will hold a review meeting with the heads of the regional media units under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting at the Kumarakom Lake Resort in Kottayam. She will address a public meeting at the St Mary's Church at Manarcaud, and later visit the Malayala Manorama Office. In the evening, the minister will participate in a meeting in memory of the late Congress leader Mercy Ravi, and release a book Nizhalayi Maranam written by her. Soni is visiting the state for the first time after taking over as the Information and Broadcasting minister.
