Somali pirates have hijacked a Turkish-owned ship with 21 crew members on board. <br/><br/>The East Africa Coordinator of Seafarers Assistance Program, Andrew Mwangura said the Malta-flagged MV Frigia was seized early today over 1,000 miles east of Somalia's Haradhere. He said the ship has 19 Turkish and two Ukrainian. <br/><br/>Mwangura said the 35,300 dwt ship was seized in an area some 400 nautical miles outside a shipping corridor protected by an international naval fleet.<br/>
