The Supreme Court today refused to modify a bail condition of suspended IPS officer Rajkumar Pandian, accused in the alleged fake encounter killings of Sohrabuddin Sheikh and his wife Kauserbi. A bench of Justices Ranjan Gogoi and N V Ramana also slammed him for the stay of the trial in the case. <br/><br/>Pandian had moved the apex court seeking relaxation in his bail condition barring him from leaving Mumbai during pendency of trial, to visit his ailing mother in Gujarat.
