The Prime Minister's Office has said a number of social media posts about appeals carrying PM Narendra Modi's signature are hoaxes. In its official twitter handle, the PMO said, such documents doing rounds in the social media are not authentic. <br/><br/>Twitter users who responded to the tweet called for strong action against those spreading misinformation in the name of the Prime Minister.
