Snowfall and rain on Tuesday disrupted the normal life in Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. According to Met department, light rain and more snowfall may occur in Kumaon region during the next 24 hours. More from our correspondent:Following the snowfall and rain, Nainital High Court has declared winter vacation from tomorrow, earlier it was proposed to begin from 14 January to 28th February. As per reports Nainital-Delhi highway has been blocked due to snowfall and people are compelled to track about 8 kilometers from Khurpatal to Nainital. However people got respite following the sunny day in Dehradun and some other parts of the state on Tuesday.
