Youth Services and Sports is organising the region's popular winter sport Ice hockey at Block Level to select the district level teams based on the performance, to compete in the Khelo India UT Ladakh Ice Hockey Tournament. In Leh, UT Sports and Youth Affairs Secretary Ravinder Kumar has inaugurated block level Ice Hockey competitions at NDS Stadium today.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''In Kargil already block level Ice Hockey competitions have begun.&nbsp; Enthused youth are also playing football and cricket in the snow filled grounds with adoptions in the sports.
