Union Textile Minister Smriti Irani has inaugurated a ceremony at Jamshedpur in Jharkhand for laying foundation stones of 70 new companies.<br/><br/>This initiative is under the ongoing Momentum Jharkhand initiative of state government whose theme is ease of doing business in the state. The ongoing ceremony, named as "Second Groundbreaking Ceremony" foundation stones for 70 companies were laid whose permissions have been granted after receiving the proposals few months ago.<br/><br/>Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that this will usher a new era of development in the state. Our Correspondent reports that this is part of Jharkhand government emphasis to boost manufacturing in the state.<br/><br/>Earlier soon after her arrival to Ranchi, Union Minister Smriti Irani also inaugurated a modern handloom manufacturing unit, that has been erected in short time of four months at Irba near Ranchi.
