She emphasized that the hiring practice should be friendly to women and physically challenged. <br />''<br />''The Minister said that two crore women are today literate in digital technology under digital India programme and the Company Secretaries should further work in this direction. She also underscored the need to lay emphasis on research that benefits the society and the nation. She added that the Company Secretaries Institute should encourage girls to qualify as Company Secretaries. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Ms Irani stressed that truth is measured but spoken without fear and the Company Secretaries should propagate a principle of truth and value system in their organizations. The three days convention of Company Secretaries is being held in Bengaluru.</span><br />
