Smog continues to envelop Delhi

A thick blanket of smog continued to envelop the national capital Delhi on Sunday as well. The Met office said that this is an indication of dipping temperature and the city will see such weather conditions for a few more days.

The maximum and the minimum temperatures tomorrow will be 27 and 15 degrees Celsius with shallow fog in the morning which will later on give way to a cloudy day.

The maximum temperature recorded today was 26 degrees Celsius, four notches below normal while as the minimum stood at 15.6 degrees Celsius, one degree above average.

AIR correspondent reports, with the change in weather conditions, the possibility of respiratory diseases and allergies has increased.

The fall in temperature is also leading to headaches, mood swings and depression. Doctors are suggesting that Asthma patients take extra care in the city's smoggy conditions.
