To cater to growing tourism market, Helitours, the domestic air service of Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) have re-launched their services with state-of-the-art facilities and a brand new look. The move is aimed at catering to the growing demand of the tourists who have been flocking to the island nation after the 30 years of war which ended last year. For the first time in the domestic aviation history of the country, helicopters will be pressed into service to introduce scheduled flights to various destinations.
