Sri Lanka today beat Pakistan by 209 runs in the first test played at the Galle International Stadium, taking a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.Chasing a massive target of 510, Pakistan were bowled out for 300 runs in their second innings despite half-centuries from Younis Khan (87) and Asad Shafiq (80), on the fourth day of the match. Suraj Randiv and Nuwan Kulaekeraof Sri Lanka took three wickets each.Kumar Sangakkara was adjudged Man-of-the-Match for his first innings score of 199 not out.Sri Lanka won the ODI series 3-1 against Pakistan and T – 20 series was a draw.
