HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar has said sky-touching grades should be replaced with genuine scores and the state education boards should not keep inflating marks in competition. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters, on the sidelines of an event in New Delhi yesterday, he said school boards should not be in a race to increase marks. <br/><br/>Mr Javadekar said it is up to various state boards to take a final call on awarding grace marks to students in exams for difficult questions. I<br/><br/>n a major decision, the Central Board of Secondary Education on Monday had scrapped the marks moderation policy.
