<span style="color: #222222;">A day-long regional workshop of north-eastern states on Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna, PMKVY 3.0 is on in Gangtok, Sikkim today. The workshop is being organized by the Union Ministry of Skill Development and entrepreneurship and Sikkim Skill Development Department. Participants are learning and sharing the best practices and understanding the challenges related to PMKVY 3.0 for its improved implementation.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Interacting with the participants, Additional Secretary in the Union Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Ministry Atul Kumar Tiwari said, PMKVY offers short-term training and stressed on long-term training through ITIs and other employment and skilling schemes and also focusing on training outside the country.
