At least six regional parties of North East including Mizo National Front and Asom Gana Parishad have joined North East Democratic Alliance.<br/><br/>Leaders of Asom Gana Parishad, Mizo National Front and Bodoland Peoples Front among others have attended a meeting of the alliance in Guwahati last night for the first time.<br/><br/>North East Democratic Alliance is a part of the National Democratic Alliance.<br/><br/>Several Chief Ministers of North East along with BJP General Secretary Ram Madhab were present in the meeting.<br/><br/>Later, convenor of the alliance Himanta Biswa Sarma said that the first convention of the alliance will be held on 13th July in Guwahati.
