In Manipur, six police personnel including one Sub-Inspector of Police have been suspended following the alleged custodial death of a person. According to state police sources, the person was picked up by a team of Manipur Police for investigation for his alleged involvement in unlawful activities. Later, he was brought to a hospital in Imphal where he expired.
