In Pakistan, at least six people have been killed in an explosion inside a mosque used by police officers in the north-western region. The local police chief Mumtaz Zarin said the blast took place near the police headquarters in the Taimergara town of Lower Dir District. According to hospital officials, nearly 30 people were injured in the explosion. The local occurred as worshippers gathered for Friday prayers.
