Six NATO service members killed in Afghanistan

NATO says, six of its service members were killed in eastern and southern Afghanistan on Wednesday. A NATO statement said five troops were killed in bomb attacks and an insurgent attack, while the sixth died following a non-battle related injury. In other violence, a suicide bomber on a motorbike killed at least two people near a minibus carrying Afghan intelligence personnel in Kabul. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack, which also wounded some 30 people. Afghan President Hamid Karzai condemned the suicide bombing.
