In Karnataka, six members of a family were killed and 20 others were injured when a tempo in which they were travelling dashed against a tanker on the Belgaum-Bagalkot road this morning. The Police said that the passengers were returning to Hubli after attending a family function in Bijapur district. While four people were killed on the spot, the other two died on their way to the hospital.
