In Bihar, six Maoists rebels have been killed and one arrested in fierce encounter with the jawans of special task force in Banka district of the state on Saturday afternoon. Those killed include a hardcore Golu wanted in many cases.Director General of Police Neelmani told AIR correspondent that bodies of the three naxals were found in police uniform. The encounter concluded after seven hours in the forest area of Manzidih village under Jatpur outpost in Katoria police station of the district. Search operation is continuing to nab more Maoists. The naxals had blown up a house in which they had gone into hiding. Police have recovered two SLR and 210 amunities at the site of encounter.
