In Bangladesh, at least six people have been killed and 30 others injured in a road accident at Atgharia in Pabna district, 216 kilometres northwest of capital Dhaka. According to local police, the accident occurred this morning when a bus carrying at least 40 passengers plunged into a roadside ditch. The police said three people died on the spot and another three in the hospitals.
