In Jharkhand, six people have been found guilty in the Chilkhari massacre in which 19 people, including the son of former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi, were killed by the armed Maoists in 2007. The Maoists had attacked a cultural gathering of villagers at Chilkari under Devari police station in Giridih district. Additional District and Session Court, Giridih, Indra Dev Mishra will pronounce the quantum of punishment today.
