The six-day budget session of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly starts from tomorrow in Shillong. During this short session, the ten month old Meghalaya United Alliance, MUA, government would present its second budget for the financial year 2010-2011. On the first day, state governor Dr Ranjit Sekher Moosahari will address the house which will be followed by debate on governor’s address. This session is scheduled to be over on 26th of this month.
