Situation under control in Gopalgarh town of Rajasthan

Situation is under control in Gopalgarh town of Bharatpur distt of Rajasthan. Four persons were killed and 25 injured in a clash between two communities over a land dispute in Gopalgarh yesterday. Curfew is continuing in whole Kaman tehsil . The state govt has ordered an inquiry by senior IAS officer V S Singh and announced 5 lakh Rs ex-gratia to the families who killed in firing, compansasion of 2 lakh Rs will be given to seriously injured. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today met with 9 injured persons admitted in SMS hospital of Jaipur other injured are being treated in Bharatpur.Yesterday the clash started when some persons of both the groups confronted each other over a land-related dispute. They pelted stones and started firing on each other. Police used tear gas to disperse the agitated mob and had to fire to control the situation. More than 3 policemen also injured in this incident. Extra police force including companies of RAC have been deployed in the area.
