Congress has said it is a matter of happiness for the entire country that situation is returning to normal in the Kashmir Valley. Talking to media, senior party leader Ghumal Nabi Azad said peace has prevailed in Jammu and Kashmir and schools, colleges, offices and shops which have been shut for more than a month should soon reopen. <br/><br/>Mr Azad said Centre and the state must come up with schemes to compensate the loss faced by people during the curfew.
