The situation was near normal today in Kashmir valley with no curfew any where. All shops and business establishments were open. In Srinagar, there was huge rush in the markets and traffic jam was witnessed almost on all routes. The separatists had relaxed hartal for one day. The children also went to schools. Normal was disrupted in the valley since June 25 and traders and daily earners have particularly born the brunt of the problem.
