The situation in Kashmir valley remained peace full today. Authorities had lifted curfew from Srinagar and all other towns except Kangan. Shops and business establishments were open and traffic plied normally. In Srinagar markets, people were seen purchasing various household items as a day free from curfew and hartal had come after many days.
