In Assam the situation in the violence hit areas has improved .Day curfew has been relaxed in Kokrajhar, Chirang and Dhubri district. State’s Law and Order IGP L R Bishnoi said that police so far arrested 436 persons for indulging in violence during ethnic clashes and 120 miscreants for the involvements in anti-social activities during Tuesday’s Assam bandh called by the All Assam Minority Students Union.
