<br/>In Punjuab, the situation has improved in flood hit areas of Patiala and Sangroor district where relief work is going on in a big way. Situation in Mansa District is still grim as 15 villages of Sardoolgarh area of the district are still marooned. Army, ITBP Jawans and volunteers of an organisation have been working overtime to provide relief and shifting the people to safer places. There is a report of collapse of houses in Mansa district as water is standing there. People have started guarding embankments of river and canals so as to keep a vigil on any new breach.
