India's rising badminton star P V Sindhu has won the Asian Junior Championship title. In a closely contested final at Gimcheon in Korea today, she defeated her Japanese opponent and second seed Okuhara Nozomi 18-21, 21-17,22-20 in 59-minutes. Earlier, in the semifinals, Sindhu tripped third seeded Thai Ongbamrungphan Busanan 21-19, 21-16, after losing the first game.
