In the Hong Kong Open Super Series Badminton tournament, Rio Olympics silver medallist PV Sindhu and national champion Sameer Verma will play in the Finals today.In the women's singles event, newly crowned China Open champion Sindhu will take on Chinese Taipei's Tai Tzu Ying, seeded fourth, to lay claim for her second super series title. Yesterday, Sindhu defeated local girl Cheung Ngan-yi 21-14, 21-16 to make her second successive summit clash.In men's singles, Sameer, who came into the tournament as a qualifier, will fight for the title against local favourite Ng Ka Long Angus. Sameer defeated third seeded Jan O Jorgensen 21-19, 24-22 last evening to make it to his maiden Super Series final.
