India's P.V. Sindhu will clash with Sun Yu of China in the Women's Singles semi-final of the Swiss Grand Prix Gold badminton tournament later tonight. In the quarter-final at Basel, Sindhu stunned the recently-crowned All England champion Shixian Wang in straight games 21-17, 21-15 in a 45-minute match.Earlier today, Parupalli Kashyap lost to Houwei Tian of China in the Men's Singles semi-finals in straight games 17-21, 11-21. Olympic bronze medallist Saina Nehwal had bowed out of the competition at the quarter-final stage, losing to world number three Yihan Wang in straight games 17-21, 12-21.
