P V Sindhu has won women's singles title in the Vankina Anjani Devi Memorial All India Senior Ranking Tournament. The Men's Crown in the event was claimed by RMV Gurusaidutt. In the final at the Gopichand Academy in Hyderabad yesterday, top seed and world number 16 Sindhu prevailed over seventh seed Arundhati Pantawane of Petroleum in straight games 21-13 21-19. In men's singles final, third seed and world number 38Gurusaidutt rode on his better return shots and smashes to outdo top seed and close friend Sai Praneeth B, 21-19 21-14.
