In Kochi, the NIA special court will pronounce the quantum of punishment tomorrow afternoon for the Students Islamic Movements of India, SIMI activists in the secret meeting case of 2006. The NIA court in Kochi found five person guilty in the secret meeting case in a verdict today. <br/><br/><br/>Five workers of the banned Student Islamic Movements of India were found guilty in the secret meeting case by the NIA court of Kochi today. <br/><br/>They were found guilty in the case charge sheeted by the National Investigation Agency for organizing anti-government, seditious meeting near Kochi on August 15th 2006. According to police, the members of the banned association assembled at an auditorium near Kochi for anti-national activities. A total of 17 accused were there in the case and 11 were acquitted. <br/><br/>Another accused, who was 13 years at the time of arrest is undergoing trial at juvenile court. The punishment for the five accused, who were found guilty will be pronounced by the NIA court tomorrow after noon. They were found guilty under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and UAPA.
