<span style="color: #222222;">In his 'Mann ki Baat' today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, some think that you need to be a teacher to teach others. He was referring to Mr. Silu Nayak of Odisha, who has been training youth, free of cost, to join the Indian armed forces.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Following the Prime Minister's reference, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan today congratulated Mr. Silu Nayak. In a tweet, Mr. Pradhan said, having been unsuccessful to join the police despite repeated attempts, Mr Nayak, also known as 'Nayak sir',  turned to train the youths, free of cost,  to join the forces.  Mr Nayak, hailing from the Jagatsingpur district the state, has trained more than 300 youths in his 'Mahaguru Battalion', set up by himseelf for the purpose. The minister further said that the strong will power Mr Nayak will inspire the youths to join the Indian armed forces. Congratulating Mr Nayak, Union Minister Pratap Chandra Sarangi said, more than 50 youths have joined the Indian armed forces, thanks to the training imparted by Mr Nayak.</span><br />
