The 15 day Silpotsav festival has began in the National Capital. Inaugurating the festival Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Mukul Wasnik said that the government will soon open the Shilpostav festival in other states also including Maharshtra . Wasnik said, this festival is the unique platform fot the artisans to express their art .AIR correspondent reports that artisans from Jammu and Kashmir ,Rajasthan Gujarat, Delhi,Uttar Pradesh and other States have brought their quality products like wooden toys ,dry flowers, pearls jewellary to participate in this festival. Ministry of Social justice has hired 129 stalls at Delhi Haat ,INA for this festival.
