<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">The Scrutiny of the Nomination papers for the Biennial Election to the Council of States from Sikkim (Rajya Sabha) was held today at Sikkim Legislative Assembly Secretariat, in the presence of the Returning Officer, ARO, Observer, and the authorised representatives.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">The nomination papers, including supporting documents, of Mr. Dorjee Tshering Lepcha, the lone nominee for the Biennial Election to the Council of States from Sikkim, were thoroughly examined. After scrutiny, all the documents were deemed valid, leading to the acceptance of the nomination papers by the Returning Officer.</span></p>
