Sikkim governor Ganga Prasad today convened the third review meeting with the State Government to assess the state's preparedness for COVID19 lockdown. Chief minister Prem Singh Tamang, chief secretary SC Gupta, and principal health secretary K. Sreenivasulu were present, among others. It was informed that Sikkim was the only state with no cases of the infection and with total 75 negative test samples as of today.<br />'' <br />''Mr Tamang said that all measures and restrictions are in place and the second phase of the lockdown is being implemented effectively. He informed that Resident Commissioner, Sikkim House, New Delhi is coordinating logistical requirement from outside the state. Mr Tamang said that as a one-time financial relief, Rs. 30,000/- will be provided to all patients from Sikkim stranded outside the state due to the lockdown. For effective implementation of the lockdown, passes issued to vehicles by different authorities during the first phase of the lockdown are being reviewed and restricted to the minimum.<br />'' <br />''Chief secretary informed that the state government will issue detailed guidelines to be implemented after 20th April 2020 soon. The governor enquired about relief packages, financial assistance and distribution of essential commodities and their availability. Mr Tamang informed that there is no shortage of essential commodities in Sikkim. He added that  for the second round of distribution of relief materials, a revised beneficiary list has been made prepared including all eligible families and individuals not covered in the previous list.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The governor also launched a dedicated website for COVID19 for the state prepared in collaboration with the health department. The website offers features of self-registration and self-reporting and can collect data on the travel history of individuals to be used for tracking and tracing of patients.</span><br />
