<span style="color: #222222;">Sikkim Government has modified guidelines for phased reopening of services and establishments from today. New guidelines include allowing inter-state movement of goods through vehicles for private and government projects. However, restrictions for trucks registered outside the state, as they have to return on the same day or need to stop at transit camps identified by the District Magistrate, will continue.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">From today, hotels and restaurants can operate at 50 per cent seating capacity, standalone hotels and restaurants can operate till 8 p.m. following the Union Health Ministry's standard operating procedure, gymnasiums can remain open with 50 per cent occupancy from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and standalone shops can remain open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. following social distancing and other guidelines.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">There shall be no vehicular movement from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. except emergency or government duty. Inter-district movement of taxis and private vehicles will be allowed on odd-even basis and with capacity restrictions from 18th of June.</span><br />
