Private construction with local labourers, MGNREGA, agricultural and horticultural activities have also been permitted.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On 11th June, the State Government issued guidelines with relaxations which implemented on 14th June and continued in phases.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier, a complete lockdown was implemented from 16th May due to a surge in cases and was extended in phases.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Sikkim has been under lockdown since 6th of May.</span>
