This groundbreaking initiative, which has already garnered significant recognition within the nation, is now gearing up to leave its mark at COP28, set to take place in Dubai.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' The Chief Minister has extended his congratulations to the Forest and Environment Department and all concerned line departments for the execution of the remarkable project and to the people of Sikkim for their support towards the scheme.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> <br />'' MRMS represents a distinctive and symbolic undertaking, involving the planting of 108 trees for each newborn in Sikkim.
